Paper writing guidelines

Papers should be up to 15-20 pages B5 in length or 12.000 characters no spaces, in English, Greek, Albanian, French, German, Russian, or Italian, written according to the following guidelines:
 

Text format: MS Word (*.docx; *.doc formats)
Font: Times New Roman
Page format: B5 (182×257 mm)
Line spacing: Single
Margins: left 2.54 cm, right 2,54 cm, top 2.54 cm, bottom 2,54 cm
Name of the author: 11 pt., Alignment left
Institution(s) and e-mail address: 11 pt., italic, Alignment left
Paper heading: 12 pt, bold, Alignment centered, Capital letters  
Text: 11 pt., Alignment justified, the paper title should be written with capital letters, no numbering
Subtitles: 11 pt., bold, numbering, Alignment centered
Abstract in English, Albanian, Greek: 11 pt., Alignment centered
Bibliography: 11 pt., alphabetical order (Chicago Citation Style recommended)
References in the text: Chicago Citation Style recommended
Picture title: 11 pt., italic, centered text under the picture
Table title: 11 pt., italic, centered text under the table
Pictures: acceptable formats: TIF, GIF, JPG, BMP and WMF
