Carrying out fieldwork research in Dropull, Southern Albania

A team of students from the University of Tirana (Sector of Greek, Dpt. of Slavic & Balkan Languages, School of Foreign Languages) carried out fieldwork research in the region of Dropull (Southern Albania). They recorded dialectological and folklore speech and collected other useful information.

The team was guided by the head of the Programme, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aristotle Spiro.

The Dialectological research is being supported by Alexander S. Onassis Benefit Foundation.
